Your job
- Leadership of the Network & Protection Operations team:- Resources Planning- Leadership and motivation,- Training planning- Technical and organizational induction of colleagues- Recruitment of new colleagues.
- Responsible for quality, efficiency and profitability in the team
- Innovation drivers for network & protection
- Ensuring compliance with the agreed customer agreements
- If required, independent project implementation from analysis to conception to implementation
- Ensuring competent advice, support and care of customers
- Technical support of the sales team of the offers Preparation and support
- Participation in specialist events
- Co-determination in management topics
Your profile
- Completed computer science apprenticeship or degree and at least 5 years of professional experience as a network engineer.
- Experience in managing projects or several years of leadership experience of colleagues
- In-depth expertise in perimeter security, routing & switching, WLAN, TCP/IP
- Knowledge of VMware, Linux and Windows servers is an advantage
- CCNP certificate or comparable certification desirable
- Fortinet NSE4 certificate or equivalent firewall certification desirable
- Stylish German and very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
