What you can do
- As a Scrum Master (Delivery Team Lead) you support your Scrum Team and enable it to self-organize and act independently according to the agile principles and roles
- You motivate the team to constantly improve and help to remove obstacles
- You regularly exchange ideas with other delivery team leads and develop new ideas and improved methods together
- As an Agile Leader, you create and maintain an environment where the team can focus and evolve on delivering beneficial results
- If you are interested, there is also the opportunity to work professionally /technically in the agile development teams or to accompany two teams
What you bring with you
- Practical experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development and ideally experience in the financial services environment
- Team player with strong communication skills, empathy and a good feeling for people
- Flexible and independent personality, which creates a good mix between methodical stability and pragmatism through solution-oriented action
- Winning and convincing appearance and appreciative attitude
- Very good knowledge of German
